Modern and impressive, this penthouse apartment is built to an exceptionally high standard. Antique marble flooring is standard in all rooms and air conditioning, that all-important ‘must have’, is provided throughout, not just the bedrooms! Out of season, this can be used to heat as well as cool.

Ground floor
The light & airy open plan lounge and dining area are tastefully decorated in a contemporary Turkish style. A dining table, crafted from solid marble and comfortable chairs are also provided in the dining area and there are large, comfortable sofas for guests’ relaxation in the lounge. LCD TV, satellite & DVD player are also provided including plenty of English channels. All windows & doors are fitted with quality fly screens for additional comfort. The lounge opens out onto a spacious balcony, furnished with table & chairs to allow guests to enjoy everything from an al fresco breakfast or that sundowner at the end of a hard day!

Fully fitted kitchen
The fantastically equipped kitchen comes complete with solid granite work tops. Modern appliances include stainless steel oven, hob, extractor fan, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer. All pans, crockery and utensils are included from great chopping knives to champagne flutes. Guests will also find state of the art gadgets including an automatic juicing machine – perfect for enjoying freshly squeezed orange juice in the morning sunshine. An iron and ironing board are also provided for the use of guests.

The ground floor also features a spacious, fully tiled bathroom with large walk-in power shower, sink and w.c.

Bedrooms
A feature limestone archway leads to 2 bedrooms. There is a spacious king size bedroom and a light & airy twin room both with private balconies.  Each feature handmade wrought iron beds with luxury mattresses and includes solid wood furniture for ample storage space..  A vanity unit and mirror is also provided, complete with hairdryer.  Each room is equipped with fly screens and there are also mosquito nets.

First floor
King size master suite
A solid antique marble staircase leads up to the Şahane’s penthouse king size master suite.  This exceptionally spacious suite style bedroom commands spectacular views of Kalkan Bay out towards Mouse and Snake Island.  The room’s attractive en suite bathroom includes a walk in power shower, wc, sink and mirror.  Even the shower offers uninterrupted views out to sea!  The room is tastefully furnished with a handmade wrought iron king size bed and comfortable sofa for relaxation.  The door leads out onto the suite’s private, extensive ‘wraparound’ sun terrace which is furnished with executive style sunloungers, perfect for a spot of private sunbathing!
