The Apartment
The property is accessed from street level, up two flights of steps and can also be accessed from the street below past the pool terrace.
The open plan living area is light and spacious with the lounge featuring two comfortable sofas and a coffee table. There is also a flat screen TV offering English Channels and a DVD player (with a selection of DVD's available) plus a Bluetooth sound system for guest use too.
Large patio doors doors lead to the balcony with incredible sea views of Kalkan Bay. The private covered balcony is furnished to enable guests to soak up the panoramic views.
The kitchen is well-equipped with a large fridge-freezer, electric oven, gas hob with extractor fan, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and water cooler. The kitchen also features a breakfast bar accommodating 4 with comfortable, backed bar stools.
Bedrooms
Upstairs, the large king bedroom includes 2 bedside tables with lamps, wardrobe, a chest of drawers with a free-standing mirror. Large sliding doors give access to the apartment’s roof terrace, again with the most stunning sea views and furnished for guest comfort. Guests using this bedroom have use of the generous sized shower room with twin basins just across the hallway.
Downstairs, there is a superb twin bedroom with views of the olive groves. This bedroom includes a bedside table with lamp, wardrobe and dressing table with a stool. Guests using this bedroom have use of the adjacent shower room next door with WC and basin.
First floor:
At the top of the stairs is a utility room with a washing machine, clothes airer, iron and ironing board for guests’ use.
The roof terrace
The roof terrace is furnished with a comfortable, L shaped sofa & two chairs, all with cushions. There are two sun loungers, again with co-ordinating cushions - the roof terrace is the perfect place to take in the panoramic views and enjoy a sun downer before heading into town for dinner.
Outside the apartment:
The apartment shares the large round pool below with roman steps for access into the water. On the terrace surrounding the pool, there are plenty of sun loungers with parasols for guests to use. There are also seating areas offered as well.
Points to note:
- The property is fully air-conditioned
- The property has complimentary WiFi connection
- A welcome pack is provided on arrival
- Pool towels are provided for guests’ use
- There is a hairdryer provided in each bedroom
- Cleaning and linen changes are carried out on a weekly basis, so there will be a mid-stay clean if you are staying for one week and two mid-stay cleans if you are staying for 2 weeks. The bins are emptied daily in the apartment.
- The twin room can be made into a double on request by pushing the beds together
- Please note, Emerald Apt can only accept children over 12 years.
