Villa Ottoman Garden is a beautiful, spacious, 4 bedroom, 4 bath villa with a private pool in Kalkan’s lovely Old Town with spectacular sea & mountain views.

The villa, located on the Dere Development in the Old Town, is light and airy with plenty of doors and windows to afford spectacular views to the old town and the bay.

The Villa’s main entrance opens into an open plan living space incorporating lounge seating and TV area and a large well-equipped kitchen. Access to the town, beach, shops, bars and restaurants is only 3 minutes away and yet the property is in a peaceful location - the best of both worlds! Outside is a large private freshwater pool surrounded by stone mosaic terraces, a generously proportioned shaded dining terrace and a quite stunning Ottoman seating area, from which the villa takes its name. This 'chillout' zone is furnished with comfortable cushions and fringed with bougainvillea under the shade of a carob tree with lovely views of Kalkan bay.
