The Apartment

Saray Apartment is a stunning 3 bedroomed duplex apartment Kalkan's old town and is within walking distance of all amenities including the beach and harbour. It is situated in The Old Town Apartment block, along with 5 other apartments which share the beautiful pool and sun lounges.

 The apartment consists of an open plan living, dining and kitchen area, 3 bedrooms and 3 shower rooms. The 3 balconies are equipped with a BBQ, dining table and chairs as well as an easy seating area with an outdoor kitchenette with a sink and fridge, and all have stunning sea views.

To the front of the property is a fantastic communal swimming pool with sun loungers and sun shades. The apartment is on the top 2 floors of the block and as such has fantastic views of both the sea and mountains. Access is via a single flight of stairs to the rear of the property.

Ground floor

The living area is open plan with a lounge/diner and an L shaped fitted Kitchen complete with, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and microwave.
The lounge has TV, DVD player and a iPod docking station. There is a sofa bed and coffee table as well as an indoor dining table and 6 chairs.

The Balcony is accessed through the lounge patio doors. This is equipped with a round dining table and 4 chairs. It gets the sun from about midday onwards and provides the perfect spot for breakfast or lunch.                                     

The Ground floor is also where guests can find the useful third bedroom which is a single room. This is located off the lounge/dining  area on the lower floor of the property. This room has views over the town.                                          Although it is not an en-suite room, it has a shower room adjacent to it which also serves the lounge/dining area.

Upper floor

Bedroom 1 is located on the top floor of the block and is accessed by it’s own private staircase from the lounge area. It is an elegantly furnished double room en-suite room and boasts unrivalled views of the bay and islands.      Outside it has its own private balcony, with stunning sea views. This balcony is accessed through the bedroom patio doors and is equipped with 2 chairs and a small table. It’s a great spot for sitting with a coffee in the mornings and watching the boats leave the harbour.

Bedroom 2 is also located on the top floor and also has it’s own private staircase. This is the largest bedroom and can be configured either as a king or a twin. It also has an en-suite shower room.                                                                      This room has beautiful views to the sea as well as the town and mountains beyond.

The Main Balcony can be accessed through it’s own door from the top landing area, or directly from bedroom 2 patio doors.  This is the largest balcony with fantastic views over the bay and islands. It is fully equipped with a 2 seater sofa, 2 easy chairs and a coffee table, as well as bean bags and foldable chairs/sun beds. There is also a small kitchen area which has a sink and a fridge. The BBQ is also located on this level. This is a fantastic space for sundowner cocktails or just chillin throughout the day!


Outside space and pool

The communal swimming pool is at the front of the apartment block and is accessed via a flight of steps. It’s unique rap around design ensues that there is plenty of room for everyone. (It is seldom busy.) There are 4 sun loungers dedicated to Saray which are clearly marked as well as umbrellas and small tables.

The pool area boasts views out over the bay and gets the sun from about 9am until around 7.30pm.


On arrival

Saray Apt guests are met by the property manager on arrival. The apartment’s maintenance team is totally committed to the comfort & relaxation of guests. A welcome pack of  provisions is also provided for use before guests have the opportunity to go shopping. Pool towels are also provided.
